Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive dental care in a predominantly PPO practice with full support from in-house Board-eligible specialists. Manage a strong flow of restorative and hygiene patients to sharpen diagnostic abilities while developing speed and proficiency across a wide range of treatments. This role is ideal for new graduates eager to build confidence and expand their clinical skill set in a supportive, hands-on environment. Earn a percentage of production with guaranteed compensation in the first 60 days, with full-time dentists expected to make between $150,000 and $400,000. Work three days a week at our Lakewood, WA location.
Required Qualifications
- Accredited Dental School Graduate
- Current WA State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)
- Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI
