Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients, primarily ages 3–21, supported by a team of hygienists, assistants, and dental assistants. Manage an office flow averaging 10–12 operative and 20–25 hygiene patients daily using DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration. Join a team creating over a million smiles annually, offering guaranteed base pay exceeding $200k, uncapped earning potential, and a sign-on bonus up to $50k.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
