Job Summary
Provide comprehensive dental services to patients, prioritizing their needs through treatment planning and education. Manage the dental office by maintaining patient records, overseeing personnel, and ensuring dental equipment maintenance. Share in after-hours on-call responsibilities while performing other duties as assigned. Work Monday through Thursday from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm in a fast-paced clinic environment serving primarily Medicaid members.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Dentist within the State of Oregon
- Nitrous endorsement
- Strong patient management skills
- Demonstrated management and leadership skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Computer proficiency with dental practice management software
- Must have strong decision-making skills
- Ability to work with frequent interruptions in a fast-paced clinic environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and project a professional business image
- General Practice Residency or equivalent experience working with complex patient care a plus
