Job Summary
Provide comprehensive professional dental treatment to incarcerated patients, including routine recall exams, simple extractions, restorations, prosthetic services, prophylaxis, fluoride treatments, and endodontic treatments. Maintain an unrestricted Pennsylvania license and DEA prescription certificate. Schedule involves 1-3 days per week at the South Mountain Secure Treatment Unit in Franklin County. This independent contractor role offers newly increased, guaranteed compensation with no red tape.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation with a degree of Doctor of Dental Medicine from a school approved or recognized by the Pennsylvania State Board of Dentistry
- Successful completion of an approved U.S. residency training program
- emphasis in the Dental Medicine
- emphasis on preventive and corrective dentistry and hygiene
- Possession of a current unrestricted license to practice dentistry in Pennsylvania issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Dentistry
- Possession of a current unrestricted certificate to prescribe medication from the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency
- This is an independent contractor position
