Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients, primarily ages 3-21, with a team ratio of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants per provider. Manage an office flow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients daily using DentaPro software, digital x-ray, and Panorex units. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration. Maintain a healthy work/life balance through multiple schedule options while receiving guaranteed base pay exceeding $200k, a sign-on bonus up to $50k, and uncapped earning potential.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
