Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients, primarily ages 3-21, supported by a team of hygienists and dental assistants. Manage an office flow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients daily using DentaPro software and digital x-ray units. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration. Join the mission to create over a million smiles annually for underserved families across the country.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)

- Love working with kids (they make up 70% or more of our patient base)
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
