Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients, primarily ages 3-21, supported by a team ratio of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants per provider. Manage an office flow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients daily using DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration. Guaranteed base pay exceeds $200k with uncapped earning potential, plus a sign-on bonus up to $50k. Eligible for student loan repayment, no lab fees, and full medical/dental/vision insurance. Requires a DDS/DMD from an accredited program, a current valid license, and Nitrous Oxide certification (in applicable states).
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
