Job Summary
Conduct dental services for a pediatric-focused patient base, utilizing DentaPro software and digital imaging units while maintaining a 1:1 ratio with hygienists and assistants. Manage morning huddles to foster team collaboration, highlight customer focus, and plan daily workflows. Provide care to children and adults across state insurance plans, PPOs, and out-of-network payors, ensuring compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training. Participate in activities promoting a positive company image and mentor team members for growth. Join a mission to create over a million smiles annually for underserved families.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
