Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients with support from a team ratio of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants per provider. Manage an office flow averaging ten to twelve operative patients and twenty to twenty-five hygiene patients daily, utilizing DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces. Deliver care primarily to children ages three to twenty-one, with up to thirty percent of the patient base being adults. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration. Complete yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training while maintaining CPR and DEA certifications. Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
