Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients, primarily ages 3-21, with support from a team including one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants. Manage an office flow of approximately 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients daily using DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration. Maintain a healthy work/life balance through multiple schedule options while receiving guaranteed base pay in excess of 200k, uncapped earning potential, and a sign-on bonus up to 50k.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)

- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
- Love working with kids (they make up 70% or more of our patient base)
