Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients in a pediatric-focused environment, managing an average of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients daily with a team of hygienists and assistants. Utilize DentaPro software and digital imaging units while adhering to OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency management training protocols. Participate in morning huddles to foster collaboration, highlight customer focus, and support team goals. Maintain a healthy work-life balance through multiple schedule options and receive guaranteed base pay in excess of $200k with a $50k sign-on bonus. Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
