Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients with the support of a team including hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff. Manage an average daily flow of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients, primarily serving children ages 3-21 with up to 30% adult population. Utilize DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces while maintaining OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency management training. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration. Join a team creating over a million smiles annually in underserved communities, with guaranteed base pay exceeding $200k, uncapped earning potential, and a $50k sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
