Job Summary
Associate Dentist role responsible for delivering dental services to patients with support from a team, serving primarily patients aged 3-21 and up to 30% adults, with a focus on teamwork, community impact, patient-centered care, and continuous professional development. The practice offers guaranteed base pay in excess of $200k with uncapped earning potential, a $50k sign-on bonus, visa sponsorship, comprehensive benefits, license/certification reimbursements, and state-of-the-art equipment (DentaPro software, digital x-ray/Panorex, fiber-optic handpieces). Office staffing includes 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider; ongoing training in OSHA/HIPAA/Emergency Management; and opportunities for mentorship and career growth.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an ADA-accredited program
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Nitrous Oxide certification (LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- CPR and DEA certifications (as required)
- CPR, DEA, and other certifications as required by state law
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
