Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an ADA-accredited program
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in applicable states or eligible for licensure
- Nitrous Oxide certification (LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- CPR, DEA, and other required certifications
- Compassionate patient care for children and adults
- State-specific licensure requirements and credentialing
