Job Summary
Provide comprehensive general dentistry to an established Sparks practice serving the greater Reno market, supported by a full network of in-house specialists and experienced clinical teams. Collaborate with Board-Eligible and Board-Certified providers on specialty treatment needs while maintaining clinical autonomy. Work alongside experienced dental assistants, hygienists, treatment coordinators, and practice leadership to deliver high-quality patient care. Enjoy a predominantly PPO practice environment with modern technology and strong operational support, including marketing and patient acquisition assistance. Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule with a guaranteed daily rate during the ramp-up period. Total compensation potential ranges from $200,000 to $400,000+, including a $40,000 sign-on bonus and production-based earnings. Relocation assistance and state licensure reimbursement are available for candidates moving to Northern Nevada.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Nevada dental license (or ability to obtain prior to employment)
- Current CPR certification
- DEA registration and NPI number (or ability to obtain)
Desired Qualifications
- Two years of experience preferred
