Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients, primarily ages 3-21, in an office flow averaging 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients daily. Support the team using DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces while maintaining a ratio of one hygienist, one assistant, and two dental assistants per provider. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration. Ensure compliance with yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training, plus Nitrous Oxide certification where applicable. Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)

- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
- Love working with kids (they make up 70% or more of our patient base)
