Job Summary
Travel to skilled nursing and long-term care facilities to provide comprehensive dental care, including preventative dentistry, removable prosthodontics, and oral surgery. Properly document all procedures and treatment using the EMR system while following established standards, protocols, and practices. Supervise a team of trained dental assistants and hygienists working as a coordinated unit. As a 1099 independent contractor, you enjoy flexible scheduling without evenings or weekends, with all scheduling, billing, and administrative logistics handled by 360care. You will receive full office support, including a Care Coordination team for consents and pre-authorizations, alongside field mentorship from a Clinical Director. Access state-of-the-art portable equipment, including the Aseptico delivery system and handheld digital imaging tools.

- General Dentist
- Travel to skilled nursing and long term care facilities
- Provide comprehensive dental care in the areas of preventative dentistry, removable prosthodontic, and oral surgery
- Properly document all procedures and treatment utilizing our EMR system
- Follow established standards, protocols, and practices
- Provide supervision of Dental Assistant and Dental Hygienist working as a team
