Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients, primarily ages 3–21, with support from a team including hygienists, hygiene assistants, and dental assistants. Manage an office flow of approximately 10–12 operative and 20–25 hygiene patients daily using DentaPro software and digital imaging equipment. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration. Maintain compliance through yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training while earning a guaranteed base pay exceeding $200k with uncapped potential.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
