Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients, primarily ages 3–21, supported by a team ratio of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants per provider. Manage an office flow averaging 10–12 operative patients and 20–25 hygiene patients daily using DentaPro software, digital x-ray, and Panorex units. Maintain compliance through yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training while holding current, valid licensure and required certifications such as CPR and DEA. Participate in morning huddles to foster teamwork, highlight customer focus, and collaborate on meeting goals within a mission-driven environment creating over a million smiles annually.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)

- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
- Love working with kids (they make up 70% or more of our patient base)
