Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists and assistants, managing an average flow of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients daily. Focus care primarily on children and young adults while utilizing DentaPro software, digital x-rays, and fiber-optic handpieces. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration. Join a company creating over a million smiles annually with guaranteed base pay exceeding $200k, uncapped earning potential, and a $50k sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
