Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients with support from a team including hygienists, assistants, and digital x-ray units. Manage an average of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients daily, primarily serving children ages 3-21. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day and highlight customer focus and collaboration. Maintain a positive image of the company through community activities and mentorship. This role offers a guaranteed base pay exceeding $200k with uncapped earning potential, a sign-on bonus up to $50k, and no lab fees. Benefits include student loan repayment, 401(k), and company-paid malpractice insurance.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
