Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients, primarily ages 3-21, with a team ratio of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants per provider. Manage an average daily flow of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients using DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration. Maintain compliance through yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training while holding current, valid state licensure and required certifications such as CPR and DEA.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
