Job Summary
Diagnose, treat, and advise patients on dental issues by examining medical records, checking teeth and gums with X-rays, and performing procedures ranging from plaque removal and cavity fillings to extractions, root canals, and tissue surgeries. Clean teeth, apply whitening treatments, prescribe medication as needed, and educate patients on proper brushing, flossing, and fluoride use while promoting preventive oral health through regular check-ups. Requires a DDS or DMD degree, in-depth dental hygiene knowledge, and experience with dental equipment. Full benefit package includes medical, vision, dental, PTO, 401K, and vacation.
Required Qualifications
- Work experience as a Dentist
- In-depth understanding of dental hygiene
- Experience with dental equipment and tools
- A pleasant and compassionate personality with the ability to make patients feel comfortable
- Attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) or similar degree that gives license to practice the dentist profession
