Job Summary
Verify dental insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage details by contacting providers via phone or online portals. Review and interpret insurance policies for PPO, HMO, and indemnity plans, then enter and update patient data accurately into the system. Communicate verification results to dental offices or internal teams while resolving discrepancies and maintaining HIPAA compliance. Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls professionally to meet daily productivity and quality targets. This full-time night shift position at NASTP in Lahore offers market-competitive compensation, medical coverage, and on-the-job training.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of experience in dental insurance verification or a healthcare CSR role
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology and insurance processes
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and data entry systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must be able to work EST Night shift
