Job Summary
Deliver an outstanding customer experience by welcoming patients and building strong relationships to establish trust quickly. Present and explain treatment plans in a confident, persuasive manner while driving case acceptance by addressing concerns and overcoming objections. Follow up with unscheduled treatment patients to re-engage opportunities into scheduled appointments and discuss insurance benefits, financing options, and payment plans. Maintain a positive, energetic attitude in a fast-paced environment to support office production and growth goals through consultative sales and patient education.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales, customer service, hospitality, or patient-facing experience
- Proven ability to build rapport and connect with customers/patients at a high level
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
- Comfortable discussing financial arrangements and high-value services
- Exceptional customer service and people skills
- Strong ability to influence and connect with others
