Job Summary
Organize and maintain the patient charting process, prioritizing and reviewing charts for completeness. Courteously answer the telephone, greet all patients with a professional attitude, and manage the patient schedule by working cooperatively with front and back-office staff. Verify insurance coverage, collect payment, reconcile daily cash reports, prepare prescriptions, and submit dental claims while presenting treatment plans after calculating co-payments and benefits. Educate patients about their treatment and ensure adherence to COVID-19 precautions, including full vaccination and sanitizing procedures. Salary ranges from $20-$27.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of work experience in healthcare, finances, or sales
- 1+ years of experience in dental
- Strong verbal communication skills and outstanding interpersonal skills
- COVID-19 precautions
- Fully vaccination against COVID-19 required
- Personal protective equipment provided or required
- Social distancing guidelines in place
- Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place
Desired Qualifications
- If you have dental experience, that's an advantage
- related experience such as customer service, medical field, or front receptionist experiences are welcome
