Job Summary
Present treatment plans, coordinate consultations, and schedule appointments to ensure a smooth patient experience. Support case acceptance through clear communication while maintaining accurate records and treatment documentation. Work closely with the doctor and team to deliver excellent care in our new state-of-the-art practice. Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no weekends. Compensation ranges from $25 to $35 per hour plus performance-based bonuses, alongside paid time off and dental benefits for the employee and immediate family.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience as a dental treatment coordinator
- Strong sales skills/personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
