Job Summary
Dental Treatment Coordinator needed in Manhattan orthodontic practice. Responsibilities include guiding new patients through examinations and diagnosis, presenting treatment fees and payment options, assisting with scheduling start appointments, tracking patient progress and follow-ups, answering patient questions, gathering and reporting conversion metrics and patient status, setting patients up for success with our software tools, coordinating flexible appointment scheduling, and collaborating with doctors and staff to present treatment plans and help patients achieve a healthy smile. Monday–Friday 8:00–5:00 with hourly pay of $28.00–$35.00 based on experience, plus comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in dental treatment coordination
- In-depth knowledge of dental insurance policies and procedures
- Knowledge of managed care plans and insurance verification
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
