Present treatment plans, review insurance benefits, and discuss financial arrangements with patients. Schedule treatment efficiently with doctors and assistants, then follow up on outstanding cases. Coordinate larger treatment cases from start to finish while communicating via phone, text, and email. Keep schedules productive and ensure excellent communication between the front office, clinical team, and doctors. This role supports the dental care team in an established, busy office focused on honesty and respect.
