Dental Treatment Coordinator

Dental Treatment Coordinator role serving a three-doctor practice; coordinates presentation of treatment options from routine care to advanced procedures (full-arch implants, IV sedation), manages inbound marketing leads through enrollment in treatment plans, and follows up to move patients toward care completion. Responsibilities include presenting treatment plans clearly, aligning financial logistics with patient goals, nurturing an unscheduled treatment log, conducting consultations for ongoing plans, collaborating with the clinical team, and tracking treatment acceptance and follow-up activity. Ideal candidates are skilled at connecting with people, can explain complex information simply, are organized and self-directed, and comfortable with financial conversations. Open Dental experience is a plus; dental experience is generally required.
