Job Summary
Present comprehensive dental treatment plans with confidence, building rapport and establishing trust with new and existing patients. Educate clients on recommended therapies to facilitate informed decisions, then overcome objections with empathy to convert consultations into scheduled treatment. Coordinate financing options and payment arrangements while following up on unscheduled cases to meet monthly acceptance and production goals. Work closely with doctors and the clinical team to maximize patient care and production. Fluent in both English and Spanish is required for this high-ticket sales role within our multi-specialty practice.
