Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience as a Treatment Coordinator in a dental office
- Proven ability to handle complex cases such as implants, bone grafts, bridges, and crowns
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, explaining treatment plans and answering any questions
- Strong organizational skills, able to efficiently manage busy schedules
- A professional and compassionate approach to patient care
- Assist patients in obtaining third-party financing and exploring other available options
- 1+ year of experience in a dental office
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of dental office software is a plus
