Job Summary
Experienced Denture Technician sought to join a dental laboratory. Responsibilities include pre-processing, waxing, bite rims, setting up, finishing waxing, processing and acrylic work (heat-cured, cold-cured, and injection-molded acrylics), flasking, investing, boil-out, packing and curing dentures, trimming, finishing, polishing, staining and characterizing for natural appearance, and conducting quality control checks. Work closely with the removable team to implement clinician feedback. Requires 2+ years in denture processing or related dental lab experience, strong knowledge of acrylic materials and processing techniques, meticulous attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork. Bonus: 3D printed denture workflows and management experience. Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in denture processing, acrylic work, or related dental lab experience.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of acrylic materials, flasking, packing, and polishing techniques.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure high-quality craftsmanship with minimal errors.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot processing challenges and make adjustments as needed.
- Team Player: Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus Skills: Experience with 3D printed denture workflows and management experience is a plus.
