Dental Technician - Nightguards

Job Summary
Fabricate high quality denture prosthetics and nightguards, including wax-up and finishing, set up of dental models, and interpretation of dentist prescriptions. Responsibilities include repairing, relining, and adjusting nightguards; ensuring proper fit and function; maintaining production records; identifying process improvements to uphold quality standards; and supporting team goals. Requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to read prescriptions, and familiarity with dental procedures and equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Dental Technology or equivalent work experience
- Ability to read and understand written instructions and prescriptions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to inspect products and ensure quality standards are continuously met
- Good record-keeping and documentation skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Technical knowledge of dental procedures, prescriptions, equipment, or molds a plus
