Job Summary
Monolithic ceramic technician to produce high-quality monolithic restorations and support the smile design team. Responsibilities include glazing 30–40 monolithic ceramic restorations daily, performing corrections and adjustments for personal and teammate cases, mentoring less experienced technicians, participating in custom shade appointments, providing guidance to smile designers, managing work dispersal in the absence of leadership, and collaborating to uphold quality and efficiency in the lab. Proficiency with dental ceramics, glazes, and firing parameters, plus a strong attention to detail and teamwork, are required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- Must pass work eligibility requirements
- Manage work dispersal for monolithic crowns in the absence of leadership
- Glaze 30–40 monolithic ceramic restorations daily with consistency and quality
- Perform necessary corrections and adjustments for personal cases and assist with team cases when needed
- Support team leadership and collaborate closely as a dependable team member
- Provide guidance and feedback to smile designers when requested
- Participate in custom shade appointments with team members
- Complete adjustments on both personal work and cases from absent team members
- Utilize adjustments as learning opportunities to deepen understanding of ceramics, layering, and firing parameters
