Dental Technical Manager

Oversee all technical operations within the dental laboratory, ensuring exceptional quality, accuracy, and consistency of restorations. Lead quality control processes, including case reviews, troubleshooting, and remake reduction initiatives. Design and fabricate high-quality restorations using CAD/CAM and EXOCAD software while monitoring and optimizing milling machines, scanners, and 3D printers. Develop and continuously improve digital workflows, production processes, and standard operating procedures. Train, mentor, and develop technicians to enhance technical skills, productivity, and career growth. Serve as the lab's primary technical resource for case planning, material selection, restorative design, and problem resolution. Collaborate with dentists, customer service teams, and lab personnel to resolve complex technical cases and deliver outstanding customer outcomes. Promote a culture of accountability, continuous learning, teamwork, and technical excellence throughout the laboratory. Assist with production as needed to ensure turnaround times, customer expectations, and operational objectives are consistently met.
