Job Summary
Dental Surgical Assistant needed to support a dental surgery team. Responsibilities include preparing operatory and equipment, greeting and escorting patients, preparing patients for surgery or examination, maintaining patient comfort and safety, recording treatment in the chart, assisting the doctor by passing instruments, aspirating intra-oral fluids, taking radiographs, providing post-operative care, and coordinating patient flow with the team. Requires CPR/First Aid, valid X-ray certificate, strong communication, attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to maintain a clean work area. Compensation: $22–$28 per hour, 90-day review with potential increases; 36-40 hour work week; benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), sick pay, and holidays. Location: Redding, California (US). This is a full-time, in-office role with benefits after probation; applicants will complete a questionnaire after submitting their application.
