Job Summary
Conduct morning surgical procedures including periodontal, implant, and extraction work while assisting with new-patient exams and post-operative visits. Prepare surgical rooms, manage sterilization flow, and maintain organized treatment spaces. Document procedures using AI-assisted software, coordinate with the clinical team, and ensure patient comfort throughout appointments. Participate in daily huddles and handle general office organization as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of dental experience
- Current BLS/CPR and First Aid certification
- Comfort with blood, extractions, sutures, and dental surgery
- Good computer skills and efficient typing ability
- Strong attention to detail
- A friendly, professional personality
- Clear communication skills
- The ability to stay organized in a busy clinical environment
