Job Summary
Lead and supervise dental staff to ensure efficient clinic operations, high-quality patient care, and compliance with clinical standards. Oversee chairside support, sterilization/OSHA compliance, patient flow, scheduling, training and performance management of dental assistants and reception staff; participate in insurance verification, coding, cost estimates, and documentation; support quality improvement and program growth; act as working supervisor during staffing shortages.
Required Qualifications
- Washington State DOH Dental Assistant Registration required
- High school diploma/GED plus dental assisting/office management training
- 3+ years dental office experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Current BLS CPR required (within 1 month of hire)
- TB testing annually
