Job Summary
supervise dental staff, coordinate patient flow, assist providers in delivering dental services, ensure proper sterilization and OSHA compliance, participate in training and quality improvement, manage scheduling and patient communications, leverage Misys or current systems, understand dental insurance codes and billing, and maintain documentation and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- completion of basic courses in dental assisting and office management
- current Washington State Dental Registration
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- TB testing annually
- annual influenza vaccine with exemptions
- English language communication skills
- experience supervising dental staff
- travel may be required
