Job Summary
Answer inbound calls within three seconds and complete standard calls in five minutes while scheduling patients for dental practices. Manage time efficiently by prioritizing tasks and maintaining a distraction-free environment. Provide excellent customer service and respond cooperatively to feedback. Maintain high-speed internet and pass pre-employment assessments, with performance-based pay increases at 60 and 90 days. Fluency in Spanish is preferred. Join a family-owned team offering Cigna healthcare, a 401k match, and flexible full-time or part-time schedules from 11am to 10pm EST.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years customer service experience
- Must have high-speed internet connection
- Must pass a pre-employment background screen
- Must successfully pass ALL pre-employment assessments
- Must provide two work references with their current contact information at time of the interview
- Ability to complete an introductory learning/development phase at satisfactory levels
