Job Summary
Answer inbound calls, emails, and messages from patients in a timely and professional manner while scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling appointments. Verify and update patient demographics and insurance information, provide basic service details, and send reminders for upcoming or missed visits. Manage appointment calendars to optimize efficiency, coordinate with staff on schedule changes, and maintain accurate records in the practice management system. Ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality throughout all interactions. This role requires strong communication skills, familiarity with dental software, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup. Candidates must have at least one to two years of experience as a dental receptionist. Required Qualifications
- At least 1–2 years of experience as a dental receptionist
