Job Summary
Supports QA activities related to dental claims review, compliance, and process accuracy. Reviews and analyzes dental claims, anesthesia records, and dental X-rays to determine quality levels; prepares periodic written reports; communicates findings and escalates unresolved issues. Utilizes intermediate Excel skills and applies dental terminology knowledge. Participates in special projects, external audits, and process improvements in support of quality assurance initiatives; operates with integrity and independence; requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Basic knowledge of dental claims and anesthesia records
- Dental assisting experience; ability to read dental X-rays preferred
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working with quality metrics and data collection and analysis techniques
