Job Summary
Negotiate and close large sales opportunities by presenting to individuals or groups using persuasive verbal and written communication skills. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets while managing administrative and CRM responsibilities. Solve complex problems with a positive attitude in a highly competitive environment by analyzing point-of-sale and market share data to optimize resource allocation. Collaborate and share knowledge across diverse organizational segments. This role requires a personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and pre-hire motor vehicle record review, with up to 35% domestic travel. Compensation ranges from $105,600 to $145,200, including base pay and variable incentives, with relocation assistance potentially authorized.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment
- High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the dental industry
- Current, valid Driver's License
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
- Must successfully complete a pre-hire motor vehicle record (MVR) review
- Must maintain ongoing eligibility for Solventum's driver policy, insurance requirements, and annual policy sign-off
- Must comply with corporate policies, procedures and security standards
Desired Qualifications
- Five (5) years of sales in the oral care business segment/industry in a private, public, government or military environment
- Experience with Data Analytics
- Knowledge/experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
