Job Summary
Oversee daily clinical and non-clinical operations by enforcing office policies, processing insurance claims, and managing accounts receivable to a healthy status. Present treatment options and financial policies to patients while streamlining operational procedures to maximize productivity and efficiency. Maintain OSHA safety regulations, audit schedules for errors, and manage unscheduled treatment reports to ensure timely patient follow-up. Lead staff meetings, trainings, and huddles to drive production goals and conduct annual performance evaluations. Requires 5+ years of dental office experience, a business or healthcare management degree, and availability between 7:30 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Required Qualifications
- previous experience across all facets of a dental office
- 5 years or more preferred
- Flexibility to work between the hours of 7:30 am- 5:00 pm, hours vary depending on day, Monday through Friday

Desired Qualifications
- 5 years or more preferred
- Open Dental software experience preferred
- 2- or 4-year degree in business or healthcare management or other related degree (preferred but not required)
