Dental Payment Posting Specialist - Hybrid Remote WA

Dental Payment Posting Specialist responsible for auditing third-party vendor dashboards for automated insurance payment posting, posting insurance and patient payments to the practice management system, reconciling accounts, and applying contractual write-offs and adjustments in accordance with payer contracts and company policies. Requires strong dental billing knowledge, EOB/ERA/EFT fluency, attention to detail, analytical problem-solving, proficient Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook), and effective communication to resolve payment issues. Role is full-time with hybrid remote work and training in Vancouver, WA.
