Dental Patient & Treatment Coordinator

Job Summary
Answer incoming calls for new patients and emergencies, establish trusting relationships, and track pending treatments. Brief patients on treatment plans and policies, present plans, and ensure dental goals are met. Schedule appointments, request records, and conduct patient follow-ups while managing case acceptances, budgeting, and insurance. Maintain proven track records of securing appointments and payments through outstanding communication and conflict resolution. Work Monday through Friday from 7:45am to 5:00pm with Wednesday and Friday adjusted hours. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 2 or more years dental front office experience
- Computer proficiency
- ability to learn new programs
- proven track record of presenting treatment plans and gaining case acceptance by securing appointments and payment for services
- Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- ability to resolve conflict
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with a team
- Energetic team player with a positive outlook on serving the needs of our patients and the business
