Job Summary
Schedule and confirm patient appointments, verify insurance coverage, and collect payment for services. Assist in completing patient paperwork, present treatment plans, check patients in and out of the office, and conduct financial consultations based on provider-prescribed needs. Perform essential duties including prolonged periods sitting at a desk and lifting up to 15 pounds. Requires six months of similar experience, exceptional customer service skills, and proficiency with Office 365. Required Qualifications
- A minimum of six months in a similar job experience
- Exceptional customer/patient service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks as assigned throughout the day
