Job Summary
Dental Patient Experience Coordinator who owns the patient experience from first contact to checkout, driving schedule efficiency, patient retention, and team communication. Responsibilities include answering phones/texts/emails empathetically, greeting patients, managing check-in/check-out, converting new patient calls into scheduled appointments, verifying patient information, completing administrative follow-up, and collaborating with the team to enhance patient experiences. The role emphasizes staying calm and organized during busy times, taking ownership, coaching, reliability, and growth into scheduling or treatment coordination.
