Job Summary
Coordinate dental patient access and scheduling, including dental insurance processing, pre-authorization, and discussing financial arrangements with patients. Manage patient intake for the Junction City Clinic and travel between MHK and JC clinics as needed. Utilize EHR software and basic office skills to support the integrated care team serving over 13,000 patients. This role is ideal for someone with dental treatment scheduling experience and bi-lingual capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Professional office and/or customer service experience
- Basic office skills such as typing and filing
